This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. Elegant will repair or replace defective products or parts at no charge. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

For custom orders, please confirm all details within 24 hours of order. After confirmation, returns are not accepted. Replacements will carry the remainder of the original warranty.
