Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree to pay the product price, taxes, and shipping fees. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other methods listed on our website. Payment is charged upon order confirmation, and we will email you an order summary.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours by contacting us. After 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee may apply. Modifications within 24 hours are allowed, but after that, additional fees may apply.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Canada using carriers like Canada Post, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping fees and delivery times depend on product size, weight, and destination. We’re not responsible for delays, damages, or errors caused by external factors. Inspect your products upon delivery and report issues within 48 hours for returns or refunds.

Returns and Refunds
